Supervised by a lifeguard, state diploma in sports activities. A sporting discipline that consists of walking at sea with a water level between the waist and the diaphragm. (Depending on the water temperature, a suit or shorty will be useful).
Original and complete activity, close to nature, moderate or sporty, practicable all year round.
