First dive with Sanary Plongée

Your diving initiation in Sanary-sur-Mer. After a discovery dive in our glassed-in pool, you leave by boat for your exploration.

After the theoretical explanations given, the instructor prepares your equipment, guides you in the water and is present at your side during the entire diving phase. Equipped with air tanks, you descend gradually below the surface to a maximum depth of 6 metres.
Breathing is completely natural thanks to a regulator.
Once accustomed, you will gradually discover the incomparable pleasure of evolving in weightlessness in the superb Mediterranean sea bed.

To go further than the initiation, we propose a formula composed of a theoretical training followed by 2 dives up to 12 m, supervised by a state-certified instructor and allowing you to dive around the world.
Duration: 2 half days, consecutive or not.

You can choose between 2 options:
Non-certifying initiation, individually or in a group, including a discovery in the pit followed by an exploration in the sea to a depth of 6 metres.

The certified initiation, in individual or group, including a theoretical training followed by 2 discovery dives. At the end of the day you will be able to dive around the world to a depth of 12 metres.

Since 2021 your diving centre in Sanary-sur-Mer welcomes you in new premises equipped with a complete and modern infrastructure. You will have at your disposal a changing room to equip yourself and shower comfortably. A large room of 20 m2 will welcome you during your training sessions.
