At Monsieur Praline, it all starts with a single bite: a taste of childhood, of the South, of caramelized sugar.
So why pralines and not macarons or nougat? Because they’re our very own madeleine.
Monsieur Praline was born during a time of uncertainty: the Covid era. Between lockdowns, an idea emerged as the obvious choice: to revisit a universal childhood memory—the beach favorite. The treat we used to munch on with sticky fingers, light-hearted, surrounded by the scent of warm sugar.
But upon closer inspection, that memory hadn’t aged well: too sweet, too ordinary, often made with peanuts that were hard to digest.
We wanted something better. More refined. Healthier. So we created the anti-chouchou: an artisanal praline that’s elegant, indulgent, yet balanced.
