Overview

Vaïano is a business selling pasta and ravioli.

After 4 generations in the bakery and patisserie business, Valérie and Gilles decided to return to quality craftsmanship by creating "Vaiano, des Pâtes, des Raviolis, et des Fantaisies".

Gilles remembers breakfasts with his grandfather Henri, who would cook pasta every morning after a night's work.

Bébelle, his grandmother, was the queen of cannelloni and chard for family Sundays. Not forgetting, of course, Bébelle's brother Félix, chef de cuisine in a number of renowned restaurants, including that of Valérie's parents in Locquignol, northern France.


A passion for Italy...

Gilles decided to give up baking to devote himself to his second passion... Italy.
For this new adventure, Valérie and Gilles first decided to embark on a cultural and gastronomic tour of Italy, to immerse themselves in the country's culture. This trip enabled them to meet some wonderful, passionate people who would later become our partners and producers.
Constantly on the lookout for diversity, and with the customer's pleasure at the heart of their business, Gilles and Valérie called on a Maître Pastier, Vittorio Majori, recognized as one of Italy's finest creators.

Opening hours on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday between 9 am and 12.30 pm and between 4 pm and 6.30 pm. On Sunday between 9 am and 1 pm.
