FESTIVAL OF TRADITIONS
An immersion in the heart of Provençal traditions and the discovery of the trades of the past: the engantier, the chafournier, the sabotier, the washerwomen, the blacksmith, the potter and many others.
Demonstration of the making of cade oil, wheat treading, ploughing and the use of the noria with the help of horses. Discovery of the traditional costumes, music and dances. Tasting of the "chichi" of Sanary and the "cade" in the wood fire.
