Trained at the Beaux-Arts in Paris, PIERRE GEIST pursued a PhD in Philosophy in Aesthetics and Art Theory at the Faculty of Aix-en-Provence, with a thesis entitled ‘Immateriality in Contemporary Art’.
His experience is reflected in his artistic achievements as a sculptor, painter, and performer.
His approach is part of a constant quest for aesthetics that always leads him back to the line representing a form of life that is free and captivating.
